Nipsey Hussle has had a good year as he released his ‘Crenshaw’ album which received a great reception. He recently sat down for an exclusive interview with VLAD TV in which he talked about Drake and the making of their ’09 hit “Killer”.
Back in 2009, Drake and Nipsey collaborated on the song “Killer” which was meant for Drake’s album.

In this interview, Nipsey details how the song came to be and why it didn’t end up on the album. He also goes on to call Drake “one of the dopest of our generation”. “I’m a fan first, I like the music most definitely think he one of the dopest of our generation and I respect him,” Nipsey said of Drake. The pair have maintained some sort of contact over the years as last year Nipsey brought Drake out at his show in LA to perform “The Motto”.
Nipsey also recently hooked up with OVO Sound’s own PartyNextDoor to make “Candy” which can be found on Party’s official website.
