Drake Named Spotify’s 2013 Most Streamed Artist In The U.S.

As the year is coming to a close, many sites and companies are starting to put the year in review and put out their annual lists. Spotify has done so naming the most streamed artists both globally and in the U.S

This year Drake released his now platinum junior album, ‘Nothing Was The Same’. Additionally, he released many songs throughout the year which kept fans both satisfied and eager for more. Drake makes Spotify’s 2013 most streamed artist list at #1 while globally he is ranked #1o. ‘Nothing Was The Same’ makes the U.S. most streamed album list at #6 coming in right behind Jay-Z’s ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’ and before Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Good Kid Maad City’.
